Appears to be better made than the original. The replacement took about 30 minutes, most of the time is spent removing the door panels and soundproofing if you haven't already done so. If you've never done this before, give yourself an hour or two so you can take your time. Some people have complained that the engine is not suitable. The only reason I can think of is that they might have tried to leave glass in the door. Take a few minutes to remove the rubber guide along the bottom inside of the window and remove the glass. I used it for the rear passenger door on my 2005 F-150 4X4 King Cab Lariat.
