Pretty good wagon if you can assemble it

I bought a gorilla wagon because I needed something to help me transport potted plants from my backyard to the planting area in front of my house. Despite being a lightweight cart, it feels solid enough for the tasks I would use it for. A number of reviewers noted the difficulty in assembling the dolly. When I unpacked the car and looked at the instructions, assembly didn't seem particularly difficult to me. I changed my mind after trying to attach the reset latch to the tank with four screws. Assembly difficulties appear to be related to the hardware included with the cart. The bolts resemble coach bolts with a square section at the top that fits into a square hole in the tub. With a conventional carriage bolt, this arrangement would prevent the bolt from turning when the nut is tightened. However, the Gorilla Cart Shell is made of a material that is soft enough to yield once the bolt catches on the nylon insert in the nut. The Phillips slots at the top of the bolt do not provide enough torque to fully tighten the nut. There is a simple, if a little unorthodox, way to solve this problem and make assembling the car MUCH easier. Discard the supplied parts and replace them with the following from your local hardware store: 10 - 5/16 x 1 in. hex head screws 2 - 5/16 x 2 in. hex head screws 12 - 5/1612 locknuts - 5/16 washers. Replace the correct length screw with the screw specified on the equipment card. Only use pucks from the map. Note that the hardware that comes with the cart is metric, although the packaging or instructions say nothing about it. You can't use a metric nut on an SAE 5/16 bolt - even if they're similarly sized, the threads won't match. To complete the assembly, I placed a flat washer on one of the 5/16 bolts and threaded it through the holes in the wagon frame and tank. added two washers from the hardware board and screwed on a 5/16 locknut. Everything was tightened quickly and easily with the help of socket and ring spanners. The cost of the replacement equipment was about $5.
