Great for even cookies

This rolling pin worked wonders for me because I had a problem with even thickness rolling out cookie dough. By adding or removing color wheels on this pin, you can change the thickness of the roll. One thing. Many people ask if it can be frozen. The answer is that you shouldn't. Fridge is ok, freezer not. I put mine in the freezer and the plastic lids got cold and shriveled and wouldn't stay in. So, I have a tube with plastic caps that keep coming out. I had to put them in and let them heat until the plastic expanded to fit again. Now I'm not cold anymore. I sometimes chill 15 or 20 minutes before using. Otherwise it's amazing. One more thing. A roll mat is good if you need one. If you already have it, it's nothing special.
