It seemed like a good idea until I got it. Here's what I've experienced so far. - I could not receive any images until I registered the device with the SIM ID I needed to get from the log file on the SD card. The activation code did not work. - My device and photos have been removed from my account because another device with the same ID has been activated. Support said my device was stolen but it wasn't. I was able to register it again and started getting photos again. There doesn't seem to be anything preventing anyone else from registering YOUR device to their account. And this will delete everything including all your photos associated with this device - SD card connected to the cable will not be fixed in the camera SD card slot - Customer service could be much better. Apparently they can't route calls so you have to explain your problem every time you call. Overall, the product works as intended, at least at times. Much luck. --- Update 25th August -- Changed to 1 star. -- Cellular connection disappeared from my account again and customer service asked me for proof of purchase as if I stole the device. "They offered to replace it, but only after I sent the defective one back. So it takes about 16 hours to complete the exchange as my device is not capable of doing it. - Update September 23 - Cellular has stopped working. Support keeps fumbling and not responding. Will return the item.
