Of all I have tried this is the best. Others were just too big and made me suffocate. The design is much thinner and the whole product is much smaller. It really fits my teeth and it takes a bit of effort to remove indicating it's set correctly. I watched a lot of instructional videos. It's not the first one I've tried so shaping was easy. I was able to wear it almost all night straight away. I woke up and removed it but it never fell out. When I received it, there was a $10 insert for each review posted. However, the grindshield.com website has been closed and is available for purchase. Pretty good indicator that they've gone out of business, at least in the US. The reviewers were angry with people asking where their $10 was, they didn't offer us money to buy the product. We had no idea there would be a "review bonus" supplement. We'll never see that money, but it didn't affect our purchase. We didn't know about it until we got the face mask.
