I love how this cabinet matches my other Bush furniture and it arrived quickly. On the other hand, it had damage on the back panel, visible on both sides (see photo taken when unpacking the product). After my husband determined that it probably wouldn't affect structural integrity, we decided to "live with it". He put it together and there were two hardware issues. The door lock only seems to lock one door, which is useless as opening another door still gives access to the full width of the cabinet. Second, as a tip for others, he said that the best way to install doors (hinges) is to loosen the set screws first, and then fully seat the door hinges into the receiving hardware, and then everything should be fairly straight. and just when the cabinet has been properly assembled. My only other comment is that I realized a few hours after ordering that I had accidentally used our debit card instead of my Revain loyalty card (my intended payment method) and didn't recognize it at the time (my mistakes). So I asked this company to cancel the order so I could order it again using my preferred payment method and they said they basically just said 'no'. I also ordered another piece of Bush office furniture from another company at Revain and they were very helpful and accommodating (quite nice). So that aspect of the comparison between the two companies was like night and day. So I definitely didn't want to try to return this one with a damaged part, having previously tried to work with them to cancel this order. The cabinet itself goes well with my other furniture and will come in very handy.
