I like that it is easy to use for both my sales team as well as myself! It has helped us be more organized in our day-to-day operations and helps keep all parties informed about upcoming events or meetings. Also love how customizable everything is - no two stores are alike so we have been able to adapt this software accordingly. The only thing i dislike right now is not being able to add new features/enhancements at will without having someone from biit come out and look over what needs improving. This program really does make keeping up with things much easier than any other programs ive used before and makes sure everyone stays updated when needed.
