Required a simple remote control fob/trinket for the pool lights. I ordered the first unit which was easy to install and the button on the receiver worked to control the light but the transmitters/remotes would not activate the switch. When I cleared the codes and re-paired/programmed the receiver, the receiver acknowledged the remotes. However, the receiver did not respond to the remote controls after pairing. I was sure I had done something wrong and examined everything carefully without finding any sign of a problem. I wrote to their "professional support" twice but never got a response, so I asked the community here. Others from Revain said it worked as advertised so I ordered a second one to replace the first. The exchange was easy, but the senders didn't talk to the receiver out of the box. I went through the pairing process again and voila, the Switch responded to the remotes. It was difficult to get to the operating point, but I'm happy with the range and functionality. Don't expect any product support from this company.
