Easy to use interface with great customer service! No complaints at all about this product so far, but I would like more flexibility in terms of adding new features (such as additional payment methods). Would be good if they added Google Pay/Apple Pay integration too! We are using it mainly for guest checkin and checkout as well as automated email reminders to guests before their stay. It's easy to set up and manage everything via our mobile app or website. The ability to send out automatic emails reminding guests of upcoming stays has been very useful. I like how easy it was to set up my account with them as well as make changes or add new features if needed. They also have great customer service! So far everything has been good but they do not offer any discounts when you signup through their website so be sure to use other avenues of getting your business started in this industry. Easy way to manage all our visitors from one place without having multiple software programs installed at different locations.
