Great pencils at a great price

Issue #1: I just wanted to add that I use either a Prismacolor pencil sharpener, a Mobius brass wedge or a ball and none of the pencils are broken or crumbled. They sharpen up to the tip of the needle without any problems. However, they do not work with the convex long MΓΆbius Pollux tip, even if you can get them with a convex grind. I was hoping they would, but I wasn't expecting it. Using a quality pencil sharpener with a well-fitting, sharp blade is of paramount importance when sharpening pencils, especially colored pencils. The cheapest option is a wedge or Mobius bullet and 10 spare blades. A blade also lasts a long time. I like these pens very much. This is a very economical way to upgrade your Crayola 100ct pencils. They are much smoother than Crayola and the color carries on great. They combine beautifully with shading pencils. Some downsides I've noticed are that you can't really rely on the outside color of the pencil or even look at the tip of the pencil to know what color it's going to be, so a pattern is absolutely necessary. Also, some colors faded a bit when I tried blending them with the feather pen, although this may be due to the pen just getting wet (that's my taste, but I'm not an expert). Overall, I'd recommend these pencils to anyone looking to switch from Crayola but on a budget. I use them for Bible magazines and adult coloring books and am very happy with them.

Would not buy again. Too fragile and hard to sharpen.

Great value for the price, but they do have their cons
