Review on πŸŒ‘ Noctua NH-U9S chromax.Black: Premium 92mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler in Sleek Black Design by Joshua Johnson

Installation is easy if you use the threaded screw method.

If you are among the Dell G5 or XPS users trying to solve overheating issues, this cooler is perfect. But save yourself the headache by using the screw method mentioned in JSyntax's YouTube video. Just search for Dell G5/XPS cooler update. The four M3x25mm set screws you need are hard to find unless you want to buy 100 of them, but I found 10 at a flea market for $8. It was so easy with this method. The cooler snaps right into place and there is no need to access the back of the motherboard to install the brackets. I also suggest that if you have the small 80mm fan that the manufacturer puts in these systems, you should buy a 92mm 4-pin fan from Noctua. Installing both improvements was easy, the idle temp dropped from 39 to 24 while idling and when I put the CPU under full load I never went above 69. Before the PC started throttling and even shutting down under load once. I don't usually hear these fans at all. When the fans were running at full speed at 100% load, I had to put my ear to the case to hear them. I cannot recommend this cooler for those of you who have limited cooler sizes that your case can handle.
