I bought these because I always break my wine glasses. And I like to drink on the patio/poolside so I had to use plastic. I like them, they are durable and look great so I can feel fashionable. While they're definitely plastic, I was hoping they'd feel or have the weight of real glass, but they don't, and you can tell right away (no need to strum them) that they don't look like glass at all look in your hands. (ultra light). Then again, that's why I bought it, so I can't complain. Would recommend for the clumsy who want to feel stylish without fear of broken glass!
