Bought for our farm and so far so good. One fell in a puddle and is still working! The range is good for us. a little over a mile. They also seem to hold their charge well. Make sure you turn it off when charging or they won't charge (lesson learned). One employee wanted headphones so be aware you will need to purchase specific headphones to fit these radios; You can't use any kind you buy from the store (or for your phone). The customer service department was very responsive when I had questions about the headphones (couldn't find any that worked). In general, we are satisfied with the purchase :)
