The vacuum cleaner is good but the telescopic electric wand never worked
I like the vacuum cleaner but the telescopic wand falls apart which it did as soon as it came out of the store. No authorized Miele vacuum shop in San Francisco is willing to service it so I'm very upset. Miele expects me to drive all over California until I find a dealer willing to service it.
