Cablz to keep from touching my face!

I bought these to keep from touching my face during the Covid-19 crisis. I am a nurse. What seems to be working for me is to braid my hair, put my glasses and the cablz on and then bring my braid up into a clip. This catches the cablz in my bun and keeps my glasses from slidung down. THANK YOU!

Pros

They hold my glasses on and are not as obvious As a black strap across the back of my head.

Cons

It can be difficult to get a snug fit
