I like that it's very easy to use as well as customize your own website with what you need or want for yourself! It was not so great at first but once we got used to how everything worked then things became easier than expected! The customer service has been amazing too which makes me feel more comfortable about my decision making process when using this site!! If they could just make some changes here and there maybe? This would help people who are new get started faster (maybe have an intro page). We needed something where our customers can easily navigate through all aspects of each project without having any problems finding exactly what information/images etc were required by them.
