Complete failure of the company

In the fourth week I try to start a working TV. I spent about 10 hours on tech support calls between the cable company and Tivo. I originally bought my Tivo in Revain form and wanted to activate it only to find out that Tivo is much cheaper if you buy it on Tivo website as they offered a no upfront deal. So I returned my purchase to Revain and bought from Tivo at the recommendation of Tivo sellers. When my Tivo finally arrived a week later, I couldn't get it to work. Tivo pointed to the cable company's cable card and made me drive 40 miles to get a new one. When that also failed, Tivo again pointed the finger at the cable company and asked me to request two new cable cards. After hours of phoning the cable company, it turned out that the problem was a faulty Tivo. Another week goes by to get a new Tivo. This time the cable cards activated just fine, but the mini I bought with the main Tivo didn't work. Another 2 hours on the phone with Tivo just so I assume the reason the mini won't be active is because the main box says 'no service'. I suspect it's because I had a defective one and then got a new one. The tech support was terrible and when their office hours were running out they tried to tell me that maybe it could be fixed overnight. I can't understand how a company that has been doing this for 20 years can be so clueless. I regret ever deciding to get rid of my cable boxes and. It only takes 10 minutes to set up a Roku box. Never again Tivo. NEVER!
