It was installed on a 2004 Dodge Ram with a 3.92 rear end. I wanted to give it a try and see if I could find a gasket that would work in place of rtv silicone. When I came across LubeLocker I decided to give it a try. It arrived in a nice hard cardboard envelope. After the surfaces were prepped and cleaned, I assembled it. When I installed 10 screws "loosely", there was enough washer in the last two screw holes that I couldn't get the two screws to start threading. I ended up using the tip of a pocket knife to remove enough gasket material (in the last two holes) to tighten the screws. Then I gradually tightened each screw in a criss-cross pattern, working around each screw until I was able to tighten them evenly. I didn't use a torque wrench and there were no leaks. I would use this pad again if needed.
