Absolutely perfect!

We used silicone on the rear diff 4 times. I've seen several videos on YouTube about this seal and realized what rubbish. Installed according to regulations, no dripping until completely dry. It's been about a month and it's sealed. Will definitely be using them in the future from now on. Silicone is terrible.

Suitable for 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 (with Chrysler 9.25 ZF rear)

Much easier than using RTV, less effort, assembly and operation, no waiting time for RTV installation. No mess if you need to remove and rebuild the differential. Suitable for 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 (with Chrysler 9.25 ZF rear). No leakage after a few weeks. Don't expect you could make a better pad.

BUYER ATTENTION, NO GASKET!

I received the sealed packaging in perfect condition. I wanted to replace the rear differential cover with a non-genuine B&M one. I removed the old differential cover and drained all the oil. Prepared a new differential cover. I opened the package and found nothing inside. THERE IS NO GASKET IN THE SEALED BOX. Imagine my disappointment! Can't drive a truck. Woman at work with a van. EPIC FAILURE

Pros
  • Easy to use

So far, so good. 2015 Ram 1500

Replaces the mess the dealer made with the sealant. The hardest part was cleaning everything up. Ease of installation. I only had to rotate it a few times before aligning the holes. Comes with an asterisk to put on the boots. Just use the car manufacturer's torque value. Installed for several months with no problems, not waiting for the sealant to cure, no problems. Will buy one again next time.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

  • ill thought out

quality product! the best in differential cover

Good seal! When replacing, note that despite the appearance, the gasket (and differential cover) are NOT symmetrical. When I figured this out, the holes in the gasket lined up perfectly with mine. The "lubelocker" logo is printed on one side of the pad. This logo is on the lid and on the bottom. I also used blue Hylomar on both sides of the gasket for extra protection of the gasket and to hold it in place when replacing the cap.

Fits perfectly and doesn't leak

Perfect fit for my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 5.7L V8 truck. I changed the rear diff fluid and decided to try this reusable gasket. After cleaning the old gasket I installed this and it fit perfectly and didn't leak a drop! Be sure to check your feet. Pound. torque to make sure it's in place - you don't want it to be too tight or too loose. Tip: Make sure you verify the correct shim size before removing the rear differential. Glaze. Due to a factory error the wrong gasket was sent but after…

Great option instead of RTV

It was installed on a 2004 Dodge Ram with a 3.92 rear end. I wanted to give it a try and see if I could find a gasket that would work in place of rtv silicone. When I came across LubeLocker I decided to give it a try. It arrived in a nice hard cardboard envelope. After the surfaces were prepped and cleaned, I assembled it. When I installed 10 screws "loosely", there was enough washer in the last two screw holes that I couldn't get the two screws to start threading. I ended up using the tip of a
