Low price. Woman took her car to a Buick dealership for a tailgate problem. She was told the elevator motor was the problem and the cost per motor was $550 plus labor and taxes. I decided to do the repair myself and found a genuine factory replacement for $176. Before the unit arrived I started disassembling what needed to be removed before the new one arrived. It was at this point that I discovered that one of the two hydraulic lift struts had no resistance. That was a problem all along. Replaced both racks and reinstalled the original motor and the problem was solved. Was able to return this unit for a full refund with no problems. They all definitely deserve 5 stars or more.
