For a 5V fan it pushes a good amount of air. I use it to cool my Odroid XU4 and it works great for the job. My XU4 has a Northbridge heatsink and anyone familiar with this single board computer knows that it's not enough to cool under load. This fan isn't all that loud, more because it's not perfectly balanced and that's all you can ask for from a cheap fan. You can always remove the blade and balance it yourself if you want quiet operation. It keeps my XU4 cool in everything except a long overdrive like a stress test, but then again the 12v fan won't work ;-) For me it's worth the purchase price.
