If I could I would put 0 stars! I bought this item as a gift and was specifically looking for the latest / Note 8 / Galaxy S9+ compatible with it. The box appeared to be sealed - not new although advertised as new. Upon arrival, the box was torn and several layers of tape were torn. This prompted us to do further research before trying the phone in it - good too! Samsung says YOUR PHONE WILL BREAK if not used with a compatible device! This model is listed as the "latest version" of the SM-R325, and a new sticker (printed by Amazon I think) has been placed over the original box's barcode to say it's Note 8 compatible, but clearly states so marked on the page. like the previous model; SM-R324. Very disappointed with the misrepresentation of the product information.
