Good lights but bad connector
So the lights themselves work but the connector box that they come with, which is white, does not connect well to the outlet part of the plug. So the lights come on and immediately shut right off. If you wiggle the connector around they will flash on and then back off. So I'd say overall its a bit whack but technically the light strip works but you will have to seek out another part to make them actually work.

- The app remote control may not be compatible with certain types of smartphones, limiting its functionality
