I love having my nails done, and majority of the time, I do it at home with nail lacquer. I recently decided I should give gel a try, and this light is pretty great, especially for a beginner. Instructions say it will last fifty hours. I appreciate the light being timed to 60 seconds, no need to pay attention to a clock! I just wish it was big enough for me to rest my entire hand under it to cure. I am quite tall so I have pretty big hands for a woman and I can't rest my thumb under the light, so I just hold it in my other hand to cure the gel polish. I'd love if it had an internal battery, but it doesn't. Regardless of that, I think it's a great little light. It did the job for my very first at home gel manicure!
