One- handed after a stroke, I needed a machine like this that I could count on to do heavier work. I've chopped all kinds of vegetables, nuts and meats and mixed several different kinds of doughs. It works like a charm. After you are done, pop everything into the dishwasher and it is easily cleaned and ready to go again. Just be careful of the chopping blade and store it carefully to prevent accidents.
