I like that it is easy to use with an intuitive interface for both new users as well as seasoned employees who are familiar how things work in other systems out there (ie; ADP). The system does not have all of our functions but we can certainly see what they do offer from their website so far! It has been great having this software up until now because everyone knows exactly where you stand when looking at your salary range compared against others within similar positions/locations etc., which makes discussions much easier than trying to explain everything over email or phone calls alone - plus its saved us time too by making sure people know whats going down right away instead waiting days if emails aren't answered before finding someone else's info via social media sites such as LinkedIn & Twitter.
