Prefer these over spectra brand

These work better than the spectra brand. The suction was maxed out with spectra brand and once I switched to these I was able to back off the amount of suction needed to pump.

Pros

These definitely made a huge difference in emptying my breast!

Cons

Can break or deform easily during use
