I have used moist heat packs for years - mainly purchased from expensive back therapy stores. The biggest issue I have faced over the years is that these heat packs wear out quickly if used regularly.(this is the main reason I waited several months before writing this review.) I decided to try this one, because the price was good & it had decent reviews.I have used this heat pack almost every day for the last 9 months and it has held up remarkably well! It's still retains its moist heat every time I use it. I would HIGHLY recommend this heat pack!
