Review on 🎵 Enhanced Bluetooth Music Streaming System (CRUX BTS-TY2) for Compatible Scion and Toyota Models by Erica Johnson

I bought this for a 2004 Toyota Sienna with sound system/DVD/CD changer. After I dismantled the dashboard, this device was simply plugged into the back of the radio (CD compartment). hour your cable. The device was switched on and I connected it to my iPhone, but the radio did not recognize the device. "Disc" button that toggles between internal CD and CD changer. If a CD changer was connected, it switched to "CD changer input". But once Crux was plugged in, it only went to CD (internal CD). an older iPod adapter (yes, iPod) was plugged in and working fine. I called tech support and even emailed them photos and they replied that the radio was compatible. I restarted the radio (for 5 minutes all power had gone out) but still no joy. After that I tried to email again but got no reply. So they tried to help but couldn't finish it. I would have accepted a replacement if they had offered it, but when they didn't respond I felt it wasn't worth the time to get a replacement from Amazon because I can't be sure if the device is actually compatible is. I sent it back as defective, although I'm not sure. Sounded like a great idea. Too bad.
