The ease of use when working with our customers is what I like best about this software package! It makes it very easy to extract all sorts of information that can be used by my team or customer's teams - everything from sales figures to field-specific safety issues. There are some features missing (such as an option to export documents) but they have been actively considering adding those options so we're waiting patiently until then. We've had great success using Assaynet over the last few years. Our clients love being able to see their progress across multiple projects at once. They also appreciate how fast results come back after submitting samples through the system.
