I have ordered several of these rugs in tan, they are quite large and well made. No bad exhaust smell, they flatten out quickly and are excellent at trapping dirt. However, four out of five of my cats have made it a life's work to chew on the edges of rugs and try to rip them off of them, so they (mats, not cats) live outside as patio rugs instead. I'm not sure if the texture of their teeth is nice or what, but they were obsessed. Oddly enough, I also ordered two dark brown rugs and they completely left them alone, so who knows what's going on there. Carpets that are still in use do their job very well and are easy to shake out. In general I am satisfied with my purchases.
