The box the candle came in is great. Black with metallic lettering. This will be a wonderful gift! The jar itself is amber in color and has a really stylish black label with metallic inscriptions. When you open the lid for the first time, the candle smells amazing! I bought the violet velvet scent. It smells of violets, but very delicate. Definitely not overwhelmed. Is there an almost baby powdery note in there? I'm not sure I'm describing this correctly, haha, I have it every day for three days and I've had it on the kitchen table since I had little kids. I love them for what they smell like underneath, can't wait to try other flavors.
