I bought a pack of 4 x 100 micron socks for my 500 gallons and the water was crystal clear in 3 days. 4 feet of water front to back and a 3500 gph pump and I can't even find the specs in the water column. Incredible product. Customer service was fantastic too. The founder emailed me regularly with product and service suggestions and also just checked in to make sure I was 100% satisfied. To be honest I am so impressed not only with the product but also with the outstanding customer service. I can't foresee any problems with them as they are of the highest quality but if I had them I have no doubt the company would do whatever it takes to fix it. 5 stars don't even do them justice.
