Great software and great services provided by them
I like how it can be used to track different aspects of our business such as customer service/sales or billing etc.
It's easy for customers who are not computer savvy too use! Sometimes when you try something new there might have been some glitches in its initial stages but they seem pretty good now after getting their support team involved with us during this transition phase from another provider (which was very painful). Nothing really at all - we were using 2 separate systems before so everything went smoothly once integrated into one system which has helped improve efficiency greatly since then.
Pros
- Its ease, simplicity & versatility.
- Ability To monitor many areas simultaneously without having multiple software packages running separately that would need constant monitoring by staff members instead just being able do through 1 centralized platform where everyone will know what is going down easily while also allowing them access directly if needed via mobile devices / computers alike.(1) This makes things easier than ever because no longer does someone even require knowing about every single process occurring within an organization let alone needing
