The concept of this item is great! An ice pack is a huge bonus for relieving neck pain! I need a massage. It's all vibration, so it didn't work for me. The vibration is strong and I can't handle the vibration at all - I'm sick of the movement. Good product, but it doesn't "massage", it vibrates.
