Works Great on my review.

I had a bunch of onions to chop up to freeze. I have an electric chopper, but it was leaving large strips and chunks, so I was having to cut it up myself anyway. I ordered this chopper, and it chops the onions up in as small as I want pieces quickly and easily. Saved me a ton of time!

Does agood job mincing onions & ginger

Cons

The chopper may not work well for harder vegetables like carrots or sweet potatoes.

I haven''t had this item long, so with that in mind, I think it is a phenomenal buy! The blade is crazy sharp. It''s easy to take apart with only 3 individual parts: the top, the bottom, & the blade. I used it to cut walnuts for banana bread. Sure made that an easier job!!
