I understand some people have had issues with these bulbs. Mine have worked like magic from the moment they were opened, tested and hung in Florida weather. That is, the first six months, then they go out completely and do not burn at all. Checked all bulbs and fuses to no avail. It's time to write customer support to explain what I did and ask if I missed something while troubleshooting. This gentleman informed me that he sent a new control box immediately after talking to the technical staff. Good business! I received the box and the new remote control within a few days but the remote control still didn't work with the new control box! Response email asking if they can be synced manually? Get an answer, they'll send me a brand new set of lights! WOW! Well, just tested the new set and they lit up perfectly - with both new remotes! I. Happiness. Camper! I don't know, maybe communication was key for me. They are not cheap and I am very happy with my purchase (they are great!) and my customer service experience. Yes, I would buy them again!
