I've been wearing a mouth guard prepared by my dentist to grind my teeth at night for almost 20 years. I lived in FEAR of losing it because it once cost $400 for a new one! The price has come down, but it's still a lot of money (plus a dental exam; if you're not a patient). So I have tried many OTC versions and I can definitely say that ProDental Slim is the BEST. Here's the only catch, you MUST follow the instructions: no skimming. You must read the instructions verbatim and follow them to the letter "T". Watching videos also helps, although going to the dentist isn't the best. I found one done by an east coast woman (accented) that was way better (can't find the link, sorry. Maybe search YouTube). Also, I really appreciate all the extras so you don't have to live in fear (less afraid, but still) of losing yours. And the emails from the dentist are thoughtful and seem very personal. Feel free to buy them and don't waste your time on other brands!
