Works as described; didn't work for my use case
Alarm works as advertised. I was looking for a sensor that would mute the sound once the connection was actually made. My use case was an alarm for the freezer as my kids leave it open too often. Once the alarm goes off, you need to press the button on it to turn it off. After reconnecting and disconnecting the alarm, it takes about 15 seconds to reactivate.
