Review on Compact Key Organizer KEYTEC Built by Phillip Hoover

I bought this for work and have been using it for a week now. Unfortunately, one side keeps unscrewing as I turn the keys. I added an extension and tried to unscrew it but the extension comes loose and won't unscrew from the end. This makes it extremely difficult to even assemble this site to add or remove keys. This is a great product but either I received a faulty product or the product itself is poorly designed.
