Does it amplify, yes.does it fit nicely, yesis it designed with proper usage in mind, I don't think so. - The mechanism to change the volume is the face of the earbud. it gets pressed every-time you adjust and or try to insert them. within the first few uses, I got stabbing loud volume because of constantly changing the volume level, involuntarily, by fitting it in my ear.
- Great for those with mild to moderate hearing loss
- Seniors may have trouble adjusting to wearing hearing aids for the first time
