Review on Fiskars193610 1001 Decorative Scrapbooking Replacement Compatible by Carrie Spencer

The top blade was fine, but of course I accidentally ruined it when I ran to the edge of my metal ruler. When I returned to the package to replace it, the blade on the bottom of the supposedly "new" package was covered in lint all around. Used blade? Anyway, the second blade seems fine, although not as sharp as I might expect - is this my imagination? Also, I thought I had 4 blades but I think I only have 3. Do not return a different set ordered to another company.
