This product would have earned 5 stars if it weren't for two things. Firstly, the battery life in these collars is not that great. I would say they live about two or three days and then die. When you have two dogs, it's difficult to keep both charged at all times. The second problem with this product is that there are no two chargers to charge both collars at the same time. So if they both die at the same time, you'll have to wait to charge one and then charge the other. The charging time is usually two to three hours. I have had many situations where dogs misbehave when their collars are being charged. If it wasn't for the poor battery life and lack of chargers this would be a 5 star product.
