Disappointed with the low-quality tools and the lack of assistance that FISHNU provides for its customers
As an advanced user, I was eager to get my hands on FISHNU's products, particularly given the company's focus on manufacturing high-quality tools and home construction equipment. On the other hand, I was dismayed to discover that the quality of their products does not match the claims made about them. The tools that I bought were not long-lasting and did not function as I had hoped they would. In addition, when I reached out to their customer support staff for assistance, I was met with responses that were not helpful and I was not given any additional information. From a company that purports to comprehend the significance of always having the appropriate tools and supplies available, I was hoping for a better level of service. Due to my lack of familiarity with FISHNU, I am unable to recommend their services.
