My turn signal on my 2001 C5 started failing a few months ago which is common on the C5. They worked when they wanted, I flicked the turn signals on and off to try and get them to work. It worked sometimes, but it certainly wasn't a permanent solution. It took me about 10 minutes to install the Hyper Flash fix and I haven't had any problems since. You'll notice a slight change in blinking speed, but you'll get used to it. I'm just glad I can turn when the cop is following me instead of driving miles straight waiting for my turn signal to work!
