I like that we can create our own membership pages with custom colors and layouts as well as add new fields in real time without having to wait until they are released by another vendor. It is not intuitive enough when creating forms or adding information so there may be some learning curve if you're coming from something else but once your familiarized its very simple to use. We have been able to automate many tasks which used to take hours each month now takes minutes. The customer service has also improved dramatically since switching over about 2 years ago. Great product - great support team!! Automating processes related to member sign ups (both paid and free), renewals, check ins etc. This allows us to spend more time working towards reaching out goals rather than just doing administrative work.
