Would Use Again If Software Support Was Better

Best membership software for gyms that allows us to manage all aspects of our business. The admin side of this software is quite user friendly and I have no issues with it. The customer support is quite lacking and the software does not seem to be getting much attention. It is a bit buggy and I cannot recommend this product at this time.
This software helps us manage our business very well and is easy to use. The customer support is lacking and the software is not getting much attention. This software is good for gyms as it helps us manage member accounts and payments and allows us to manage all aspects of our business in one place.

Pros

Has great reporting capabilities
Easy interface which makes administration simple.
Well managed by gym staff/owners because they do most things automatically without input from managers or owners, so we don't really need any technical knowledge; only basic understanding would suffice if you are going through training sessions provided within system documentation!
