These yoga pants are so comfortable! Their material is very soft and elastic. I'm 5ft and the length is perfect for me for yoga capris. I'm a medium size (size 8-12 depending on the cut of the pants) but I ordered a size up (size 12-14) because I wasn't sure how snug it would fit. It fits well, but I could probably settle for Medium. Not sure how durable it is for training - judging by the fabric it's doubtful it'll hold up to my cardio workouts, but it's great for lounging around and away from home in these Covid times to work from.
