Excellent gloves perfect for everyday snowboarding. When it's very cold, I wear mittens. But for everyday use it's quite good. I try not to dig my hands in the snow most days, but I've had no problems with it. They must be prepared before first use. They come with a little conditioner, USE IT! Slightly dampen the gloves and use a cloth to apply the conditioner to the gloves. Then use a good glove dryer to dry them. Use a damp cloth to remove any stickiness and dry again. Now the water polo is easy! I wouldn't call them waterproof but more than effective for use in the snow. We'll see about the durability. If they get through the season with me then everything will be fine. I would recommend them to everyone I ride with. Up there with POW, Howl and Dakine.
