Battery appears to hold a charge longer than a regular battery

UPDATE: I’ve been using battery on my RV and it definitely lasts longer than a regular battery.-———Battery arrive charged and in good condition but the cover was damaged. I tried to contact support to get a replacement but it directs me to email. I tried submitting a case but it timed out.
